Terms of Service
By engaging with Cosom Consulting (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms govern all services provided, including consulting, social media management, content creation, branding, and marketing materials.
1. Services Provided
Cosom Consulting provides digital marketing, social media management, consulting, branding, design services, and marketing support as outlined in written proposals, invoices, or agreements. Services are delivered based on the scope agreed upon prior to project start.
Any services not listed in the agreed scope are considered additional and may require a separate fee.
2. Payments & Fees
Payment is required before any work begins unless otherwise stated.
Monthly services are billed in advance.
Payments must be made through approved payment methods.
Late payments may result in paused services until payment is received.
All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
3. Revisions
One (1) round of revisions is included unless otherwise specified.
Additional revisions beyond the included round are billed at $25 per hour.
Revisions must be requested within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information, content, and materials needed to complete services.
Grant necessary access to social media accounts or platforms when required.
Respond in a timely manner to approvals, questions, and requests.
Delays caused by missing information or lack of communication may impact project timelines.
5. Social Media Account Access
If account access is provided, Cosom Consulting will:
Use access solely for agreed-upon services.
Maintain confidentiality and security.
Not share access credentials with third parties.
Clients may revoke access at any time once services are completed.
6. Turnaround Time
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on project scope, revisions, and client responsiveness. Rush services may be available for an additional fee.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:
Final approved deliverables become the client’s property for intended use.
Cosom Consulting retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, or marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
Unpaid work remains the property of Cosom Consulting.
8. Cancellations & Termination
One-time projects cannot be canceled once work has begun.
Monthly services require written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
Cosom Consulting reserves the right to terminate services if terms are violated or communication becomes unproductive.
9. No Guarantees
While Cosom Consulting provides professional marketing strategies and creative services, we do not guarantee specific results such as follower growth, sales, or engagement, as outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
Cosom Consulting is not liable for:
Platform outages or algorithm changes
Third-party software or social media issues
Client-provided content errors
Liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
11. Policy Updates
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
